Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE £65K

In the role of Sales Team Leader, you will be instrumental in driving the sales team towards exceptional performance and surpassing targets. You will lead, motivate, and coach a group of sales professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes, and you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact to the company's growth and success.

Job Details

* Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives

* Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

* Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements

* Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration

* Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies

* Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members

* Proven track record in a sales leadership or management position

* Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets

* Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships

Benefits

* Base salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE+ commission. (OTE £60 - £65K)
