We are looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Northampton area to work for well-established social housing contractor, on a 3 month contract. This position is working on the voids team within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!

As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

Carpentry - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
Maintenance plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.
UPVC windows and doors
The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade will:

Have a Full UK Driving License
Have their own tools
Be time served or have relevant qualifications
Have relevant industry experience
As the Carpenter/Multi Trade, you will receive:

Company van and fuel card included
Weekly payments
Long term work
Immediate start
