Responsibilities:

* Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with UK GAAP.

* Manage bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payroll services for clients.

* Provide management accounts and business performance advice.

* Develop and maintain relationships with a range of SME clients.

* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

* Support junior staff with their development and training.

Key Requirements:

* ACA/ACCA/AAT qualified or qualified by experience.

* Experience working in an accountancy practice.

* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
