Trainee Production/Abattoir Operative
Location: Yate / Westerleigh Area
Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for a Trainee Meat Processing Production Operative for our client in the Yate / Westerleigh area. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role with overtime available.(*Due to the company's location, own transport is required.)*

You’ll work directly with the Butchery Supervisor and receive training to work in different areas, including deboning and trimming. Your main job will be to ensure the workplace stays safe, clean, and efficient.

Responsibilities:

* Meet production deadlines with high-quality work.

* Work with the team and take responsibility for your tasks.

* Follow safety guidelines and food handling rules.

* Report any equipment issues to management.

* Handle meat products.

Requirements:

* Previous food production experience is helpful, but training is provided.

* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

* Reliable and able to work independently or in a team.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
