Our client are a highly regarded contractor incorporating Design and Build who specialise in logistically challenging, high-rise and city-based schemes.

They are actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for their £38 million contract that will upgrade a tired and energy-inefficient building into high-performance Grade A offices.

This will include the full installation of MEPH and the CAT A fit-out to specific floors.

The position will involve working within and assisting the commercial and construction team to ensure a successful project delivery, while maintain relationships, maximising commercial returns and managing risk.
