Boarding House Matron
Location: Wimborne Minster
Salary: £13,244 per annum, plus excellent benefits package
Contract: Part time, Term time
Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays 07:30 – 13:30 and Friday 07:30 – 12:00
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Boarding House Matrons to work for our client. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team supporting the Housemistress in looking after the welfare of the boarders and the smooth running of the house.
Their houses accommodate approximately 60 girl boarders, between the ages of 13 - 18.
Flexibility is essential, as Boarding House Matrons are required to help on Open Days and other House events.
Skills and Qualifications
* An approachable, caring and friendly personality is essential
* Some basic ICT skills
* Prior experience of working in a similar environment, with young adults, would be advantageous
