Trainee Resourcers - US Division

Altrincham (Hybrid)

Starting basic: £23k per annum (+ Uncapped Commission with no threshold to start earning from month one.)

Monday - Thursday: 11:30am - 10pm (Flexible)

On site parking

The Role

You will be responsible for sourcing both new candidates and roles.
Recruitment is a target-orientated industry, and you will be expected to generate revenue to an agreed monthly target.
As your skills and confidence grow, you will be given the freedom to influence processes end to end.

Selected applicants will have an eagerness to thrive in a target driven, competitive market with experience in one of the following.

Recruitment Consulting or Resourcing
Sales Professionals
Call Centre experience
Graduates Our current consultants have varied backgrounds, including Business development managers, bar staff, customer service agents, recruitment, sales and graduates.
