One of my niche employment and corporate immigration law firm clients based in London are looking for a Corporate Immigration Solicitor. This is a part time permanent position to work 3 days in the office 9:30am – 5:30pm non-negotiable.
Main Purpose of Post/Job Summary
My client advises both businesses and individual clients across the UK and overseas on a range of corporate immigration matters such as Skilled worker visa, global mobility routes, sponsorship licence applications, innovator founder and dependant visas. The successful candidate will be passionate about their work as a corporate immigration lawyer; dedicated and enthusiastic as well as being an excellent communicator with first rate client care skills. You will work within a close-knit, supportive team, where you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and shine. Candidates will also need to have at least 1 year’s solid experience in corporate immigration, have a good academic background.
Duties and Responsibilities
* To organise diaries, schedule meetings and respond to telephone queries.
* Provide immigration advice to businesses and individuals.
* Drafting legal documents and conduct legal research.
* Write articles for internal or external circulation.
* Preparing and drafting immigration applications.
* Accurately recording time recording.
* Attend meetings with clients/prospective clients.
* Manage multiple caseloads simultaneously.
* To carry out general administrative tasks including writing letters, sending emails, data input and filing documents.
