I am recruiting for a Temp to Perm Administrator to join a business on a part time basis.
Working hours for this role are 12pm- 5pm.
This is a small team where responsibilities will include-
* Calling existing customers regarding orders/ issues
* Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office
* Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism
* Utilise computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
* Organise and maintain physical and digital files efficiently
* Assist with typing, proofreading, and editing documents
Experience required-
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data entry and using office software
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
If you have Sage experience this would be an advantage.
Working hours are Monday- Friday 12pm- 5pm
