We are looking for a highly motivated Site Manager to join our team for an exciting residential refurbishment project in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and high-quality project with a reputable contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations on-site.

*

Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

*

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff.

*

Maintain and enforce health and safety protocols.

*

Monitor and report on progress, risks, and delays.

*

Conduct regular site inspections and manage snagging lists.

*

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

*

Proven experience in residential refurbishment projects.

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple aspects of the project effectively.

*

Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

*

CSCS Card (or equivalent) required.

*

SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred.
