Early Years Team Leader - Independent Nursery, North London

Role Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm)

Set Holidays: 9 work days at Christmas, 4 work days at Easter, 10 work days at the end of August, and all bank holidays

Start Date: September 2024 (Nov 2024 latest)

Salary: Up to £35,000.00 (dependent on qualification and previous experience)

As a Joint Early Years Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to join a long-standing, dynamic, and experienced team. Your responsibilities, alongside the existing Team Leader, will include:

Day-to-day responsibility of the class
Planning rich, creative, engaging, and stimulating activities that meet the developmental stages of the children and encourage them to reach their full potential
Preparing and evaluating activities using the EYFS curriculum
Supervising and leading activities, planning for key children from observations, next steps, magic moments, and parental input
Completing observations and online learning journals to a high standard
Conducting Two Year Progress Checks and meeting with parents to discuss them as needed
Identifying children who may need extra support or an extension of their learning
