This outstanding school is seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work with our Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils and become a part of their dynamic team. Your job will entail giving kids individualised support so they can flourish in school, in their social lives, and in their emotional development throughout these critical formative years.

Throughout your working hours, you will be assigned a variety of tasks as a Learning Support Assistant. You and the class teacher will collaborate closely to give the kids one-on-one and group support. being able to provide a stimulating, encouraging, and welcoming learning environment for every kid.
The school is looking for a successful educator who can contribute to the school's ideal of respect, compassion, and high accomplishment. Encourage positive behaviour and foster a love of learning in and around the kids.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a related capacity, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be passionate about working with children. The school is seeking a committed and motivated worker. One thing that will stand out to the school is being proactive and using a flexible approach to supporting learning throughout the academic year.

The Teaching Assistant will have:

Experience working within a Provision, preferably
Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification, preferably
 Excellent behaviour management
