About the Role

As a Specialist Chemical Process Operator, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment. You will:

* Safely operate equipment and adhere to standard operating procedures.

* Monitor and maintain chemical processes to meet quality standards.

* Lead and align team members to achieve production targets effectively.

Shift Pattern

* 12.33-hour continuous shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off).

* A 14-day extended break following a repeating cycle.

* All holidays are rostered into the shift pattern.

You

* An experienced process operator working within chemical or COMAH regulated environments.

* Top Tier COMAH experience.

* Operation of plant equipment.

* Able to work shifts covering days & nights.

* Ability to commute to site
