Your role

You'll be responsible for leading an established team of Supervisors and Cleaners across the Tamworth region. You will be responsible for circa 20 sites and an extensive team of cleaning staff circa 200. You'll be an advocate for continuous improvement across your team. You will ensure SLA's and KPI's are being hit and your team is running an effective FM service.

About you

* Previous experience of managing Cleaning Contracts and a thorough understanding of strict SLA's & KPI's.
* Experience of leading teams of Regional Cleaning teams.
* You'll be a confident and effective communicator - client satisfaction is a huge priority on these contracts.
* An organised and proactive attitude.
* The successful applicant will be required to go through vetting due to the nature of the contracts.
* Holder of full UK Driving Licence
