We are seeking a Service Advisor with experience in Mercedes-Benz service operations to join our team in Basingstoke. As a vital link between our customers and the workshop, you will deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs. Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
Schedule and manage service and repair appointments, ensuring efficient workshop workflow.
Communicate clearly with customers to explain work required, costs, and timescales.
Liaise with the workshop team to provide accurate updates on vehicle progress and completion times.
Upsell additional services and maintenance plans based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively and professionally.
Process job cards, invoices, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards and procedures in all customer interactions.Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Advisor, with Mercedes-Benz experience essential.
Strong knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products, systems, and service standards.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using dealership management systems and basic IT tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
