Job Description:
As the Production Team Leader, you will play a critical role in driving production outputs and leading a dedicated team of professionals. Your main responsibilities will include managing set-up and production times, ensuring real-time quality and safety standards, and driving improvements through 5S activities. You will be accountable for managing team performance, conducting training, and developing your team members to meet the company's strategic goals.

The Production Team Leader will work closely with the Production Manager to meet daily production targets, troubleshoot issues, and eliminate waste while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained. In this role, you will also be responsible for labor utilization, managing absence and holiday schedules, and maintaining strong team morale.

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in managing manufacturing processes

* Leadership experience within a production or manufacturing environment

* Strong understanding of production quality, safety, and cost management

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows

* A passion for continuous improvement and team development
