About the Role

This dynamic role offers the chance to support the commercial team in driving growth while managing key administrative tasks, sales operations, logistics processes and marketing initiatives.

* Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer databases, assist with contracts, and provide organisational support to the Business Development Manager.

* Sales Support: Help prepare sales proposals, track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and generate reports to guide decision-making.

* Logistics Coordination: Oversee shipment logistics for testing specimens, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth coordination with our lab and partners.

* Marketing Support: Execute email and social media campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and assist in content creation.

* Reporting: Prepare insights and performance reports to support strategic decisions.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a similar administrative role (construction, compliance, or logistics preferred).

* Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

* Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
