I am currently recruiting a Controller for a Property company based in Central London, close to Liverpool Street station.

My client is a well-established company based in Central London. Due to recent rapid growth, they are now looking to hire a Credit Controller to join their diverse Team.

This is a permanent role with hybrid working 2-3 days in the office / working from home.

Their offices are based in the city of London, close to Liverpool Street Tube Station.

Credit Controller:

Role Overview

- Looking for a credit controller with residential experience to join an existing team.

- The candidate should possess a positive, can do and proactive approach to this dynamic role.

- The role involves working within a Client focused team.

- The individual will have the responsibility to manage their own portfolio.

- High volume of calls are required and the role involves working with debt recovery agents, bailiffs and solicitors.

- Liaising with a large number of both internal Clients and external tenants is a daily requirement so a high level of professionalism must be maintained at all times.

Profile

Credit Controller:

Working within the city office near Liverpool Street Station, amongst a team of experienced credit controllers who manage a mixed-use portfolio of clients.

The team are dynamic, diverse and extremely friendly and approachable, and our ethos is to deliver.

They provide an enhanced level of service which includes, reporting, client engagement, and aged debt analysis in a KPI driven environment.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid between 32,000 to 35,000 per annum
