Our client is a renowned provider of engineering support services to companies all over the UK. They are seeking a proactive and organised Team Leader to act as a vital link between engineers and customers. Based at their Head Office in East Hull, you’ll be part of a small, close-knit team who are focused on delivering and meeting customer expectations and ensuring a smooth operational process is maintained.

Key responsibilities:

* Creating work orders on the computerised system

* Handling incoming calls from customers and engineers

* Monitoring stock levels and co-ordinating with engineers to order materials from suppliers when necessary

* Assisting in the quotation process for new business enquiries

* Maintaining and updating the database

* Making travel arrangements and booking accommodation for engineers

The candidate:

* Proven experience of scheduling work for engineers is essential.

* A technical aptitude would be of distinct benefit.

* Strong administration and IT skills

* Experience of managing people and processes.
