Are you passionate about data and customer engagement? Our client is seeking a Data CRM Manager to lead data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement across digital and non-digital platforms. This role involves overseeing the data selections, analyses, and experiments to continuously improve communications, and managing Marketing Automation and Email Broadcast platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a small team of Data Planners
Design and deliver targeted data-driven campaigns
Ensure GDPR and PECR compliance
Drive marketing experiments and A/B testing
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutionsIdeal Candidate:

Strong background in data, analytics, or a related field
Experience managing large datasets and leading teams
