Pertemps Bristol is currently recruiting for Sewing Operatives in the Yate area.

* 40 hours a week working Monday-Friday

* Working 08:00-17:00

* £11.94 Per Hour

* All specialist clothing will be provided

As a Sewing Operative your duties will include:

* Use sewing machines to sew or decorate clothing and other products.

* keep machines stocked with thread, position material under needles, and guide their stitching to sew parts together.

* When a product is finished, measure each item to ensure accuracy.

The successful Sewing Operative will hold the following skills and experience:

* Minimum 1 years' experience sewing garments on industrial sewing machines.

* Ability to alter garments for different specifications.

* Strong knowledge of hand sewing techniques.

* Ability to read patterns and instruction sheets.

* Experience maintaining industrial sewing machines
