Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for Arabic speaking Screening Interviewers to plan, prepare and conduct face to face (video recorded) on-line screening interviews in Arabic as part of an enhanced Due Diligence process.
Location: Twickenham (office-based)
Contract: 1 year fixed-term contract
Salary: £31,794
Main duties and responsibilities
To further review, summarise and report the findings accurately and efficiently.
To ensure all relevant information from the Due Diligence report is contained within the interview plan and thoroughly examined during the interview process ensuring any areas of concern are satisfactorily resolved and recorded appropriately.
Preparing and planning interviews to include the review and assessment of due diligence reports. Identifying anomalies, queries and perceived threats that require follow up during the interview (the plan)Person Specification
Fluency in native language combined with strong written and verbal English
IT literate (Teams and associated video communications systems, Outlook, Database and word processing)
Have excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Naturally objective/impartial and inquisitive
Good telephone mannerDesirable skills
Previous experience of interviewing over telephone/video or face to face.
