We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Administrator to support a Senior Vice President (SVP) in their day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is keen to make a significant impact within a vibrant company.
This role is working for a Global Pharmaceutical company undergoing rapid growth. Working in their modern and trendy offices in Hemel Hempstead, the Business Administrator is an integral part of the team, working closely with and supporting the SVP with their day-to-day work.
Responsibilities will Include:
Working closely with the SVP to support his day-day work, managing his diary, scheduling both internal and external meetings, arranging travel to include hotels and flights.
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and trust.
Help plan, organise and manage the company's yearly Global Management Meeting abroad and support with the planning of annual team international conference.
Help manage office systems in liaison with the IT department and general administration tasks as required.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, attending meetings, drafting agendas and minutes.
As needed organise refreshments/lunches and team hospitality events such as Company BBQs
Organising and managing team days out.
To help with collation of raw data from internal and external sources and production into appropriate formats e.g. spreadsheets, reports.
Support with Social Media presence such as updating LinkedIn, Instagram and the company website including tracking SEO reports.
Assist with monthly forecasting.
Assist with any corporate video generation in collaboration with the marketing department.
Support with enhancing the corporate image through participation in national business award applications.
Manage bookings for weekly team sports events.
Ideal candidate:
Ideally a graduate or at a minimum educated to A-level or equivalent.
High self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
Problem solving and action orientated.
Must have a positive go get attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong IT skills, with high level of proficiency in Office applications
Flexibility and ability to think outside the box.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong administrative skills and ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, must be confident, easy going and a team player.

Salary £30,000-£40,000 dependent on experience
