IT Support Engineer – Stamford, Lincolnshire - Professional Services Group

30/32k base + Excellent Benefits

Own car required – mileage expensed and covered by business insurance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join the growing IT team for this professional services group.

The role is based at their Stamford office, but you will be required to support other offices in the Lincolnshire area. There will be requirement to travel to other offices therefore a full current driving license and use of your own vehicle (covered by business insurance) is required for the position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* To provide and implement professional, affable IT support to all staff,

* Identifying and resolving IT issues both remotely and in person,

* Install desktop/server software and hardware,

* Implement and develop new and existing infrastructure,

* Proactive server and desktop maintenance,

* In-depth troubleshooting of advanced issues,

* Creation of support documentation and assisting with user training,

* Assisting with the day-to-day management of the IT systems.

Experience required

Windows 11
Windows Server 2016/19/22/Hyper-V
Active Directory/GPO
Experience of working with, and troubleshooting, wired and wireless networks with a good understanding of TCP/IP
Microsoft 365/Exchange administration
Azure
IPVPN
