BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a sheltered housing advisor in Middlesbrough to work at a retirement living service for older adults

Hours are 30 per week but would consider 25 hours or 35 hours. Ideally over 4 or days.

The role is a temporary ongoing position initially to start asap but there could be the opportunity for permanen work at a later date.

Pay rate is £17.79 per hour via umbrella.

The main function of the role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, ensuring the scheme is maintained and being responsible for resident engagement and involvement.

Other duties will include but not limited too;

· Daily welfare checks with the residents

· Signposting information

· Maintenance reporting

· Health & Safety checks

Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Scheme Manager or have worked in Social Housing/Supported Living background and have good admin and customer service skills.
