Our cleint is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to oversee a significant multi million pound infrastructure project. If you're ready to make your mark in the construction industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a major infrastructure project, managing works including drainage, ducting, roads, hard landscaping, and elements of blockwork.
Ensure monthly applications are submitted on time and meet high standards.
Negotiate and agree on monthly applications with the client's Quantity Surveyor.
Record and value all additional works accurately.
Conduct on-site measurements and re-measure from drawings.
Manage the procurement of materials and subcontractors effectively.
Monitor site progress against the program and identify any potential delays.
Keep track of costs and ensure they are within the agreed budget.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 9 GCSEs (grades A-C), including Maths and English.
A degree qualification, ideally in a construction-related field.
At least 5 years of industry experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A valid UK Driving Licence.
