Assist the commercial team, delivering the Group Business plan, Commercial objectives, budgets and future growth requirements by being involved in commercial activities; supporting the implementation, control and reporting of all development/build-related expenditure.
Actively manage build costs, cash flows, cost movements and variations.
Manage the working partnership with Housing Associations, third party providers and sub-contractors.
Work closely with the Assistant QS; assisting with their development; ensuring the correct quantity and level of works are being delegated and ensuring they are working in accordance with Group policies and procedures.
