As a Vehicle Technician at W&M Motors, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of vehicles to the highest standard. You will work as part of a team in a busy, state-of-the-art workshop, delivering quality service to our customers.
Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with experience across a range of makes and models.
*
A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Repair or equivalent).
*
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
*
Previous experience in diagnostics, service and repair of vehicles is essential
Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including routine servicing and complex repairs.
*
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify any faults or issues.
*
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety standards.
*
Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues in clear, understandable terms.

Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and repair methods
