Role Overview: Are you a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision? We’re seeking a Head of Design to lead a skilled design team and drive product innovation for this Newark based company. As the Digital Designer you’ll oversee the entire product design lifecycle, collaborating closely with sales and marketing to expand the product range.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and mentor a design team, implementing strategies that align with business goals.

· Oversee product development from concept to production, ensuring high-quality, market-ready designs.

· Work with marketing and sales to identify new opportunities and support product launches.

· Use Adobe Creative Suite to set design standards and maintain visual consistency.

· Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities, monitoring competitor activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years in a senior design role, preferably in product design.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience with in-house production teams.

Desirable:

· Experience in B2B and B2C environments.

· Familiarity with the US retail market and e-commerce platforms.
