PRS are seeking to recruit Temporary Cover Front of House / Catering general Assistants based in Edinburgh. Hours of work are based on working 5 over 7 days, 11.30am to 7pm, Paying £12.25 per hour.
 
Job Specification:
Assistants are required to be flexible according to business requirements.  
Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation, and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products.
Perform basic cold food preparation.
Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so
Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the course of the work.
Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
Undertake relevant training as required.
 
Qualifications
Food Hygiene Certificate – Level 2 - desirable.
 
Experience
1-2 years’ experience in a food services or retail environment desirable
