Sales Support Specialist

Our client, a vibrant and growing whisky company, is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist. This company prides itself on offering premium products through online, wholesale, and retail channels and is known for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of their dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth interactions with customers and suppliers, maintaining organizational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist who can provide exceptional support to the sales team. This is a new role within the company, offering a unique opportunity to develop and implement efficient processes, manage complex schedules, handle administrative tasks, and support the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, enhancing the overall sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Customer Service Excellence:

* Deliver outstanding sales support for both B2C and B2B customers, ensuring a seamless experience.

* Assist in-store customers with product inquiries, purchase decisions, and order processing.

* Promptly and professionally address and resolve customer queries.

Order Management & Distribution Coordination:

* Efficiently manage and update distribution lists, process orders, and coordinate shipping logistics.

* Handle supplier relations, ensuring timely procurement and restocking of high-end whisky products.

* Maintain accurate administrative records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

Event Planning & Execution:

* Organize and execute promotional events, tastings, and exclusive product launches.

* Engage with customers and clients during events to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.

* Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, marketing materials, and participant coordination.

Administrative & Communication Skills:

* Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.

* Exhibit strong communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

* Answer and manage customer queries across various communication channels, providing timely and accurate information.

Requirements

* At least 1 years’ experience in luxury/high-end sales.

* Great communication skills

* Can show initiative and drive

Location – NW London

Hours – Monday – Friday 9:30am – 6pm.

Compensation:

Salary: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per annum, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
