Job Role: Dual Registered Manager

Location: Wigan Area

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dual Registered Manager to oversee three EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children’s homes in the Wigan area. This unique role involves managing all three homes under one registration, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage three EBD children’s homes.

Maintain and improve the quality of care, with two homes already rated “Good” by Ofsted.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement policies and procedures.

Provide leadership and support to staff teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing children’s homes.

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites effectively.
