Job Title: Heavy Plant Service Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Van

Rota: Monday – Friday – DAYS

Location: Inverness

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Heavy Plant Service Manager to lead our heavy plant service department. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and ensuring all repairs and maintenance meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the service team, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage job allocations, customer queries, and service operations efficiently.
- Oversee parts, warranty processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster strong customer relationships and maintain service quality.

Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of plant or heavy machinery.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards.
- Strong customer service skills and a focus on maintaining productivity and safety standards.
