About the Role
As part of a skilled team of Mechanical Design Engineers, you will be responsible for designing bespoke products, including industrial burners, heating equipment, and energy centres.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Using SolidWorks and ePDM for design and simulation.
* Creating and maintaining accurate documentation, including manuals and parts lists.
* Collaborating with the shop floor to monitor progress and ensure alignment from design to production.
* Conducting site visits for pre-installation checks.
* Managing a variety of projects, from straightforward modifications to complex, bespoke solutions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
* Proven mechanical engineering experience, ideally in bespoke manufacturing.
* Expertise in SolidWorks for design and simulation.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A proactive and independent approach to work.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
