The Role
We're seeking both Senior and Principal Civil/Structural Engineers to join our Warrington and Leeds teams. Reporting to the Company Director, you will lead and manage projects up to £20 million, covering commercial structures, public sector structures, rail, domestic, and temporary works design. Mentorship and guidance for junior engineers will be a core part of your role.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians
Oversee projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and prepare reports
Review structural designs, including calculations
Liaise with clients to manage project scope
Prepare tenders, fee proposals, and foster client relationships

Requirements

Qualifications: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Experience: Senior: 4+ years; Principal: 8+ years
Credentials: Working towards or Chartered (ICE or IStructE)
Skills: Strong technical and project management skills, familiarity with Eurocodes and UK standards
Other: Full UK driving licence
