Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Area: Thetford
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Salary: Excellent Salary

Reporting to
Sales Manager
Key Role Objectives
• Contact qualified customer enquires
• Manage incoming requests
• Process orders
• Create and deliver invoices
• Qualify incoming inquiries
• CRM management
• Price list maintenance

What you will need
• Experience of minimum 2 years in a sales office environment
• Solution oriented, wanting to exceed customer expectations
• Good communication skills – verbally and written
• Ability to work in a team (close contact to the Logistics Team, Customer and Sales Team)
• Software knowledge (MS Office and preferably SAP Business One)

The salary will ultimately be based on the perfect candidate as we are looking for a permanent addition to their team.
