Job Title: Operations Manager

Salary: £37,000 - 45,000

Work Type: On site

Locations: Birmingham

The Duties:

Oversee the smooth and safe daily operations of your branch.
Meeting operational KPIs
Achieving branch and company financial targets, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Work alongside Multisite Branch Manager and Team Leaders to create and implement operational plans, maintaining high-quality customer service in your area.
Employee safety is a top priority, so you'll work alongside colleagues in Risk, Health and Safety, and Compliance, while providing coaching and mentoring to Shift Managers.
Management of a Fleet of drivers 3,5 tonnes vehicles - compliance, security etc.
Driver management, understanding of UK routing.Ideal Candidate:
