I am recruiting for a well-established organisation in Colne who are seeking 2 temporary to permanent B2B Contact Centre Advisors to start ASAP. Initially working on a 3 month contract, this role will go permanent if the candidates performance and attitude are satisfactory and in-line with company expectations.
Key responsibilities
Making outbound calls to business customers, providing excellent customer service and selling effectively
Liaising with customers via a number of communication channels, providing prompt correspondence
Selling the company products in a knowledgeable and professional manner
Keeping the company database up to date and accurate
Working within a target driven environment
Always providing exemplary customer serviceThe ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
Previous experience working within a call or contact centre environment
Ideally some experience working in sales or a target driven environment
A motivated self-starter, who wants to pick up the phone and is ambitious and keen to make sales
Positive and professional demeanour
You must be immediately available to start new roles as the business are looking for a start date ASAPIn return, you will receive:
