We are looking for an experienced Credit Hire Litigator to run a mixed caseload (pre-issue, fast-track and intermediate-track). Key Responsibilities

* Manage a caseload of litigated credit hire files

* Draft pleadings, witness statements and instructions to counsel

* Prepare cases for hearings and trials

* Negotiate settlements and manage costs recovery

* Liaise with clients, 3rd parties, experts and counsel

* Meet billing targets and maintain high levels of compliance

What we are looking for....

* Proven experience in handling litigated credit hire claims

* Strong knowledge of credit hire case law

* Confident managing a bust caseload

* Proactive and solutions-driven approach
