Sourced Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading UK housebuilder in their search for a talented Architectural Technician to join their North West regional technical team with a good progression path.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing high-quality working drawings, liaising with planning authorities, and delivering outstanding technical support across multiple housing developments. You'll work closely with teams across planning, site operations, and design to ensure smooth delivery from concept to completion.

? Key Responsibilities

*

Produce and manage working drawings and bespoke design details

*

Co-ordinate with external consultants and specialist suppliers

*

Secure Building Regulation and planning approvals

*

Resolve technical queries from site teams promptly

*

Maintain internal document systems (NHBC portals, invoices, and planning tools)

*

Procure and produce landscaping designs, deed plans, and sales pack info

*

Deliver high-quality architectural output on time, every time

✅ What You’ll Need

*

HNC/HND/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Building Design

*

Strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills

*

In-depth knowledge of UK housing design and construction processes

*

Experience delivering Building Control approvals

*

Great communicator with strong problem-solving abilities

*

Self-starter with confidence managing multiple sites and workloads
