Are you a recent graduate looking to gain meaningful experience in education before pursuing teacher training? Reeson Education is recruiting for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Enfield.

This role is perfect for a graduate with a background in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related subject who wants to develop classroom experience, support pupils with additional needs, and explore a future in teaching.

The Role - Graduate Teaching Assistant:

Support pupils in KS1 and KS2 with day-to-day learning activities

Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver targeted interventions

Help with behaviour management, classroom routines and lesson delivery

Assist teachers with planning resources and adapting materials for SEN pupils

Be a consistent and encouraging presence throughout the school day

What We're Looking For in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

A graduate with a 2:2 or above in Psychology, Education, or a similar field

Previous experience with children (in schools, tutoring, or youth work) is ideal

A confident, proactive, and compassionate approach

A strong desire to work in primary education, with interest in future teacher training

Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
