Pearson Whiffin is actively seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to lead and shape a purchasing function. Duties include:

Create and implement a strategic procurement plan to support the company’s growth objectives.

Oversee supplier performance, fostering strong relationships to ensure optimal collaboration.

Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on metrics such as on-time manufacturing, cost savings, delivery accuracy, and supplier compliance.

Communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Manage the creation of part numbers for purchased items.

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

Significant experience in procurement, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

CIPS Level 5 or 6 qualification, or over 8 years of industry experience.

Excellent negotiation skills.

A proactive and positive "can-do" attitude.
