Janco Recruitment are recruiting for an Aluminium Fabricator on behalf of our clients based in Dudley.

The Aluminium Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating high quality products and will become a valued member of a well established company with a long term career ahead.

The starting salary will be between £24,500 - £27,500 based upon experience.

The working hours are generally 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday with an earlier Friday finish.

Duties

* Fabricate metal components by cutting, shaping, and assembling materials as per engineering drawings.

* Operate power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks.

* Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

* Ensuring a clean and safe work environment is kept by following health and safety protocols.

* Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and resolve any fabrication issues.

Skills

* Experience working within a similar job role.

* Ability to follow drawings

* Competence in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.

* Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
