They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team and play a key role in the successful delivery of high-profile projects.

The Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will oversee all contractual and operational aspects, working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all contractual aspects of large-scale structural steel projects

* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health, safety, and quality standards

* Collaborate with commercial, design, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery

* Negotiate contracts, manage variations, and oversee final accounts

* Maintain and develop strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for future projects

* Resolve challenges efficiently to keep projects on track

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the structural steel industry

* Strong understanding of large-scale commercial steel projects, including MOD, nuclear, and renewable energy sectors

* Ability to manage multiple high-value projects with strict deadlines
