Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Metal processing company in West Bromwich to recruit for a PART TIME HR ADVISOR – initially on a 12 month fixed term basis however there is a high chance of a permanent contract.

This role will support the HR Business partner onsite under the leadership of the group HR in London – so lots of support!

Daily duties include:

* Providing HR Generalist advice and support

* Evolving and embedding people / HR Framework and process

* Support with Pay and career frameworks and annual review processes

* Leading on Employee relations issues

* Supporting with HR Administration such as contracts, onboarding etc

* Assisting with HR Communications

* Being apart of HR Projects

The ideal candidate will be looking for part time hours (school hours) CIPD qualified, previous HR Advisor experience within Manufacturing, engineering, steel etc type industries (must have experience of shopfloor staff)

Knowledge of at least one HRIS system is essential
