Magnet Recruit is recruiting for a nationally recognised leader within the Food Manufacturing / FMCG industry, this is a real 'hearts and minds' position, leading a small production team.

About you?

- Previous experience within a Food Manufacturing / FMCG environment at shift management level (2-5 years)
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams, improving team culture and being regimented with key KPIs
- HSE being at the forefront of all works!
- Adaptable, intuitive and team orienatated
