Hariley Solutions our currently seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our client's dynamic team in Warrington. If you have a proven track record in HR & Analytics and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

* Providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, maintaining high standards of accuracy at all times

* Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements which will create better data reporting and increase the accuracy of HR data through validation reporting

* Collaborate and work in partnership with HR Business Partners, to interpret and analyse data trends, offering expert opinion and guidance

* Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule, allocating and prioritising other work to accommodate deadlines

* Produce and interpret large volumes of data with the ability to identify trends and variances, making recommendations that drive efficiency and deliver improvements into the HR service offering

* Understand and adhere to internal processes whilst striving for continuous improvement

* Understand, interpret, and provide feedback and suggestions on MI requests

* Be flexible and able to respond quickly to requests for MI support

* Process organizational structure changes in the selected HR system

* Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures to undertake departmental work

* Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports which are suitable for a range of audiences.

Qualifications

* Must have previous experience of using i-trent.

* Advanced skill level in Microsoft office applications in particular Microsoft Excel with a focus on complex formulae, data analysis and VBA is essential.

* HR system and SAP Success Factors System is highly desirable.

* Experience and understanding of other HR systems; including Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management and Learning and Development is desirable.

* Maintaining a high level of accuracy whilst working to deadlines is a requirement for the role.

* You must have the ability to work autonomously, as well as within the wider HR team. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, being confident in managing relationships at all levels.
