Estate Technician Wanted - Estates Work Across the North West

£14.10 per hour | Full-Time | Driver's Licence Required

We're currently looking for reliable and hardworking staff to join our team carrying out a variety of estates tasks across the North West, working within Sanctuary Housing properties

Duties Include:

Grounds maintenance (grass cutting, hedge trimming, general upkeep)
Internal and external waste clearance
General cleaning and preparation of void properties

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or void property clearance/cleaning
Comfortable with manual work and working outdoors
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driver's licence essential

Pay & Benefits:

£14.10 per hour
Full-time hours
