International Service Controls Engineer

Salary: £53,000 - £57,000

We are recruiting for a growing industrial manufacturer with an exciting opportunity for an International Service Controls Engineer. I am looking for a Controls Engineer with an electrical bias, experience in Siemens S7 PLC programming and AutoCAD, and ideally knowledge of pneumatic systems. In this role, you will program and modify Siemens S7 PLCs, design and update electrical schematics using AutoCAD, and provide technical support for pneumatic systems. You will occasionally travel internationally to commission, test, and service machinery, ensuring all work is accurately documented. You will help prevent equipment failures and improve performance by implementing proactive solutions, minimizing downtime, and ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Skills required for International Service Controls Engineer:

Strong electrical background - electrical bias is essential.
Proven experience with Siemens S7 PLC programming.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design.
Experience with pneumatic systems is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel internationally - sometimes at short notice.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
