As the first point of contact for both existing and new clients of the National Telephone Advice Line, the successful candidate will support the Team assisting in day to day administrative duties. As well as dealing with calls in a professional friendly manner, taking accurate and detailed messages whilst maintaining confidentiality.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous administrative experience is essential
Excellent client service skills required
Strong communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office packages such as Excel and Outlook
Previous case management system experience would be advantageous
Ability to work effectively in a team
